IT Corporate Sales Manager

  • Engage with corporate clients to sell IT equipment and solutions.
  • Identify and attract new clients; build and maintain strong partnerships with existing corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and visits; negotiate with top-level executives to understand and address their current needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Prepare commercial offers, participate in direct sales and tenders, compile necessary documentation for tenders, maintain project records, and oversee transaction documentation flow.
  • Higher education (technical background combined with economics or law is advantageous).
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT market, major manufacturers, and product lines, including their pros and cons.
  • Experience in selling integrated IT solutions, including computers, servers, networking equipment, or system integration projects; experience in IT distribution is a plus.
  • Strong task planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills across various levels and the ability to build partnerships with large clients.
  • Proficiency in Romanian, Russian, and English.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques (training in psychology, active and passive sales methods is a plus).
  • Strong business communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and sales teams.
  • High level of sociability, result-oriented mindset, energy, and responsibility.
  • Existing contacts and business relationships in sectors such as government, banking, and manufacturing are advantageous.
  • Certifications from major hardware and software vendors are a plus.
