IT Corporate Sales Manager
- Engage with corporate clients to sell IT equipment and solutions.
- Identify and attract new clients; build and maintain strong partnerships with existing corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings and visits; negotiate with top-level executives to understand and address their current needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare commercial offers, participate in direct sales and tenders, compile necessary documentation for tenders, maintain project records, and oversee transaction documentation flow.
- Higher education (technical background combined with economics or law is advantageous).
- In-depth knowledge of the IT market, major manufacturers, and product lines, including their pros and cons.
- Experience in selling integrated IT solutions, including computers, servers, networking equipment, or system integration projects; experience in IT distribution is a plus.
- Strong task planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills across various levels and the ability to build partnerships with large clients.
- Proficiency in Romanian, Russian, and English.
- Familiarity with sales techniques (training in psychology, active and passive sales methods is a plus).
- Strong business communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and sales teams.
- High level of sociability, result-oriented mindset, energy, and responsibility.
- Existing contacts and business relationships in sectors such as government, banking, and manufacturing are advantageous.
- Certifications from major hardware and software vendors are a plus.
